Meet the Founder
Alexis O. Thomas Jr. was born and raised in Trenton NJ, then moved to the Carolinas 1993, where he helped raise two sons, Tamir (25)
and Gaite (21), until moving to Georgia. In 2014, Alexis founded
and established the non-profit (501c3) "Iron Sharpens Iron Inc."
This organization was geared towards supporting dads in all
aspects of Fatherhood. Having a heart for youth, Alexis
became a youth minister in his home church, Rehoboth
Agape International Fellowship Ministries in South Carolina,
marketing, promoting and expediting youth music rally's and
self development workshops.
Alexis worked as a Male Coach Counselor in 2016 at the Palmetto
Pregnancy Center in Rock Hill, SC. where he spoke with expectant dads, preparing them for the big news. He wrote and formatted the standard S.O.P. for the Daddy Bootcamp, a 6 week new father program. He gained more experience working with youth in 2016 when he earned the position of Teen Center Director, at the Boys & Girls Club of York County in South Carolina. His Non-Profit, "Iron Sharpens Iron Inc." evolved into the now ISISYNERGY Inc. in 2019 after his move to Georgia.
Alexis's purpose is to help others discover the gifts they currently posses by translating life lessons to different worlds thru Faith, the Word, and Demonstration, equipping a generation after him, and this is reflected in all that he does.
Alexis believes in the power of community and the importance of collaboration and partnerships, which is why ISISynergy, Inc. works closely with local organizations, groups and businesses to make a real difference. He, has been involved in affiliate marketing for years, connecting exceptional people with platforms to showcase their talents and businesses to the world. Now, he's providing a platform for local businesses to get involved in the community and show off their amazing products and services.
